 At Luna in Bloom, every piece of jewellery is thoughtfully handmade in small batches, making each item unique. Your satisfaction means a lot to me, so please take a moment to read our returns policy carefully before placing an order.

Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our jewellery, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. This includes:

• Change of mind
  
  
• Ordering the incorrect item or size
  
  
• Personal preference after delivery
  
  

However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the issue. Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following solutions:

• A replacement (where possible)
  
  
• A repair
  
  
• Store credit
  
  
• Full refund (if a replacement or repair cannot be provided)
  
  

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Custom or personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty upon arrival.

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
