Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our jewellery, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. This includes:
However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the issue. Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following solutions:
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Custom or personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty upon arrival.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.
